Planting Seeds of Abundance
Aspire Service Solutions was born from a passion to serve and uplift California nonprofits who are transforming lives and communities. Through strategic planning and grant management consulting services, seeds of abundance will multiply and lift those who need it most.

Reality SF was awarded two FEMA NSGP grants administered through CalOES, for safety and security projects on their main building and parking lot. Located in San Francisco's Mission, Reality helps many neighbors who struggle with food and housing insecurity. Keeping their staff and congregation safe is an important priority, in order to continue serving the community and helping others. Grant funds will support 24-hour security in the parking lot, new lighting, window coverings, and other vital improvements.
Highway City Community Development was awarded a first-time grant from the Fansler Foundation, to build and expand children/youth programs. HCCD plans to enhance existing programs by offering a weekly summer course in arts and culture. HCCD also hopes to bring back two annual art contests – one for elementary and one for middle/high school - to promote arts-based careers and anti-violence, via self-expression through creative outlets. HCCD also plans to invest in workforce readiness, financial literacy, and small business development. This will include a twice-monthly youth mentorship group night, with activities for 100+ students ages 7-18, with age-appropriate activities for each age group. HCCD will bring back one-on-one sessions and a semi-annual leadership conference teaching soft skills, resume writing, and business development. Previous programs HCCD offered of this type resulted in the successful launch of four youth enterprises – selling coffee, eggs, microgreens, and cottage industry baked goods.
On-Site Counseling Center at Fresno Pacific University was awarded a $25,000 new, first-time grant by the Sierra Kings Health Care District to support therapy services for eligible individuals in Reedley. OSCC is partnering with the West Coast Mennonite Central Committee Global Center, which will supply office space in its building at 1012 G St. The center offers educational, art and relief programming and a social space to provide opportunities to learn about MCC and participate in its global relief work. Additionally, the grant will fund three training sessions for community organizations in Reedley, focusing on the impact of trauma on children and families.
CalViva awarded The Light House Recovery Program $10,000 to purchase a new enclosed travel trailer for their social enterprise thrift shop, which employs women who have participated in recovery programs. The new trailer will make it easier for individuals to donate gently used items to the shop, and will also serve as a mobile billboard for the nonprofit.
